Description

  • Conduct document review work for eDiscovery matters, including privilege and responsiveness review.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review as needed.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and review case materials.
  • Support related legal tasks such as legal research and foreign language translation.
  • Work with project teams on document review assignments on a project-by-project basis.
  • Assist with review workflows tailored to the needs of each matter.
  • Contribute to high-accountability project execution in a remote or hybrid setting.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-review processes.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • 2+ years of legal support experience preferred.
  • Experience as a member of a document review team preferred.
  • Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement on a project-by-project basis.
  • Availability to work project-based hours, including outside standard business hours when needed.
