Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, and related issues as part of eDiscovery workflows.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, first-level review, and second-level review tasks.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to complete assigned review projects.
  • Assist with legal research and foreign language translation when needed.
  • Work as part of a document review team on project-based assignments.
  • Support expert testimony-related review work when assigned.
  • Follow project-specific schedules, including potential work outside standard business hours.
  • Contribute to efficient, streamlined review workflows under project manager direction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and standing in good standing.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review and redactions.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Availability to work remotely, with location and hours determined on a project-by-project basis.
