Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, and related eDiscovery determinations.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review tasks.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage review workflows.
  • Assist with document review, privilege review, legal research, and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support efficient and high-quality review production.
  • Work on assignments with location and hours determined on a project-by-project basis.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first and second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Ability to work remotely on a project-by-project basis.
  • Availability for hours that may fall outside standard business hours, depending on the project.
