Description

  • Review documents for privilege, responsiveness, and related issues in eDiscovery projects.
  • Perform first-pass and second-pass document review tasks as assigned.
  • Conduct redactions, conceptual searching, and other standard review workflow activities.
  • Use electronic document review platforms to manage and analyze case materials.
  • Support legal research, document review, and foreign language translation needs on projects.
  • Work with project teams to meet client requirements and maintain review quality.
  • Adapt to project-specific schedules, locations, and hours as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege and responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first and second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
  • Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
