Description

  • Design, configure, and administer enterprise Zscaler environments across ZIA, ZPA, Workloads, and ZDX.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously optimize security, access, and traffic policies.
  • Plan and manage ZIA and ZPA disaster recovery, including proactively identifying failure points.
  • Serve as the senior technical point of contact for complex issues and stakeholder communications.
  • Translate technical issues into clear explanations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams.
  • Independently troubleshoot enterprise networking and security issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent, hands-on Zscaler engineering experience.
  • Demonstrable experience with ZIA, ZPA, Zscaler for Workloads, and ZDX.
  • Proven ZIA and ZPA disaster recovery experience.
  • Current Zscaler certification.
  • Strong independent troubleshooting skills across complex enterprise networking and security environments.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing technical engagement.
  • Availability to support Eastern and Central US time zones.
  • Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer certification preferred.
  • Experience with Zscaler Branch Connectors preferred.
  • Experience working in large enterprise Zscaler deployments preferred.
