Description

  • Assess Form3’s cloud security posture, identifying risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement scalable cloud security and perimeter controls.
  • Secure CI/CD pipelines through secure builds, automated testing, deployment governance, and artifact integrity controls.
  • Improve production access security through RBAC, least privilege, deployment tooling, and operational processes.
  • Strengthen software supply chain security, including dependency management, image scanning, provenance, signing, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Support secure adoption and governance of AI-enabled engineering capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership on cloud security architecture and secure engineering practices.
  • Produce solution designs, implementation plans, operational procedures, and security evidence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, platform, and security teams to deliver production-ready improvements.
  • Ensure changes meet resilience, regulatory, and internal security requirements while maintaining service availability.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions in large-scale cloud-native environments.
  • Hands-on experience securing public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Expertise in cloud security architecture, IAM, workload protection, and infrastructure security.
  • Experience securing CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software supply chain security, including dependency management, artifact signing, provenance, and vulnerability management.
  • Experience implementing least-privilege access models and RBAC.
  • Knowledge of security monitoring, risk assessment, and security governance.
  • Experience in highly regulated or business-critical production environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, technical documentation, and design skills.
  • Experience with AI/ML security, cryptographic controls, Infrastructure as Code, policy-as-code, payments or financial services, relevant resilience frameworks, or certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP is preferred.
