Description

Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to organizational needs.
Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to support compliance and best practices.
Collaborate with security, IT operations, and application development teams to integrate IAM into existing systems and workflows.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits, and recommend remediation strategies.
Stay current on emerging IAM and cybersecurity technologies and trends.
Provide guidance to stakeholders on access control, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
Evaluate IAM tools and technologies based on scalability, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead IAM implementation projects from conception to completion.
Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM topics in internal and external forums.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, complex environments.
Experience leading a Saviynt implementation within the past 5 years.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and PKI.
Experience with Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar IAM platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM preferred.
