Description

  • Turn business requirements, research, and user needs into clear product experiences.
  • Design user journeys, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
  • Produce high-quality UI with strong attention to hierarchy, typography, spacing, interaction, and visual consistency.
  • Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, UX exploration, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, and design iteration.
  • Experiment with emerging AI design tools and develop faster ways of working.
  • Move rapidly from an idea or brief to multiple design directions without sacrificing design quality.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, patterns, and reusable foundations.
  • Prototype AI-powered product experiences such as conversational interfaces, copilots, intelligent workflows, recommendations, and automation.
  • Work closely with product, AI, automation, and engineering teams to ensure the intended experience survives implementation.
  • Review designs critically and continuously improve usability, clarity, and visual quality.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of strong product or UX design experience across web and mobile products.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both strong UX thinking and genuinely good UI taste.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals rather than relying on templates or generated interfaces.
  • Ability to take an unclear problem and turn it into a logical, usable, and visually strong product experience.
  • Highly proficient in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
  • Meaningful day-to-day use of AI in the design process, not just occasional copy or image generation.
  • Active experimentation with AI-powered design, prototyping, research, and product-building tools.
  • Understanding of how AI changes product experiences, including uncertainty, human oversight, explainability, automation, and conversational interaction.
  • Ability to distinguish between an AI-generated interface that looks impressive and one that is well designed.
  • Strong visual judgment and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working quickly, exploring multiple directions, and discarding mediocre ideas.
  • Ongoing awareness of new AI design capabilities and a habit of testing better ways to work.
