Description

  • Develop revenue from new BioCatch accounts and expand business within target accounts.
  • Own strategic account plans from opportunity management through deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, channel partners, and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and commercial teams to exceed sales objectives and improve customer success.
  • Work with business development, pre-sales, account management, delivery, and engineering teams to maximize revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent BioCatch at relevant events and support strategic and operational sales and marketing activities.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline tracking, and company reporting.
  • Scope and document technical solutions and project plans for prospective customers.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial validation of proposed solutions with professional services, delivery, and engineering teams.
  • Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs and define Proof of Concepts with clear success criteria.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling technology solutions, with recent solution-selling experience to banks, financial markets, or complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, fraud, or authentication solutions with knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience in complex direct sales with multi-million-value deals in banking, credit card, financial services, or similar sectors.
  • More than 5 years of pre-sales engineering or consulting experience in fraud, financial crime, or related technology.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with an entrepreneurial, proactive, self-motivated mindset suited to a scale-up environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate business value to C-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Fluent English.
  • Trusted network within banking clients in the region and advanced ability to connect with executive-level prospects.
  • Strong attitude, sense of urgency, and preparation.
  • Riyadh is the preferred primary location, with Jeddah as another option; UAE-based candidates must be open to frequent travel to KSA.
