Description

  • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
  • Manage job postings across LinkedIn, the internal ATS, and local job boards.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS, such as Greenhouse or Lever.
  • Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies.
  • Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
  • Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements based on observations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in progress or recently completed in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; prior internship experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding is preferred.
