Description

  • Assist the team with data collection, documentation, and basic analysis for the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
  • Support the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) process by gathering information and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Compliance teams to document risk assessments and control inventories.
  • Maintain and update compliance control documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with rolling out horizon scanning activities with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare management information reports and basic compliance risk metrics.
  • Provide project management support for the regulatory mapping roadmap, including task, timeline, and stakeholder tracking.
  • Assist with compiling AI projects and translating them into BRDs where possible.
  • Perform administrative and coordination tasks to support the Compliance Risk Management team as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
  • Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Current university student or recent graduate eligible to apply for the Binance Accelerator Program.
