Description

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with Binance’s vision.
  • Negotiate brand partnerships to support business goals.
  • Build and execute partnership strategies and activation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across brand, communications, insights, design, content, data, product, social media, and legal on annual planning.
  • Use data to set goals and measure short-term and long-term campaign performance.
  • Manage global budgets and work to improve ROI.
  • Share market insights and industry knowledge with internal stakeholders.
  • Support regional and local teams to improve marketing execution.
  • Lead complex projects from start to finish.
  • Take a proactive, resourceful, and action-driven approach to work.

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate.
  • Experience in brand, marketing, and campaign or event execution.
  • Strong project management, strategy, relationship-building, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with global partners, internal teams, and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and partnership value.
  • Creative and data-driven mindset.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience or strong understanding of crypto/Web3, including NFTs and fan tokens, is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High curiosity and willingness to learn.
