Description

  • Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google X-Ray, and other channels.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess candidate fit for open roles.
  • Manage interview logistics with candidates, Project Managers, and Client Managers.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on candidate market trends and the talent landscape.
  • Own the candidate experience and ensure a high-quality process for applicants.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or sales-oriented environment.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
  • Strong goal orientation and motivation to achieve results.
  • Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Team-oriented, committed, and comfortable working collaboratively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
