Description

  • Run Zoom sales calls with warm leads booked directly to your calendar.
  • Confirm upcoming calls with personalized email, Loom, and other touchpoints.
  • Follow up with prospects who have not yet closed.
  • Stay on top of your inbox and respond promptly each day.
  • Submit end-of-day reports covering calls, deals, and hours worked.
  • Participate in team trainings and continuous improvement sessions.
  • Review recorded calls and practice scripts to improve conversion.
  • Help evaluate and onboard new hires as part of team development.

Requirements

  • Native-level English fluency is required.
  • Must be available to work fully remote from South Africa.
  • Must work 9AM–6PM EST (New York time).
  • Experience closing sales calls with executive-level or senior clients is preferred.
  • Ability to manage daily inbox follow-up and reporting with strong accountability.
  • Comfort working from a proven sales playbook and performance-based environment.
  • Minimum performance expectation is 1 deal per week after ramp-up.
  • Growth-minded candidates who can progress into Sales Manager or revenue leadership roles are preferred.

Benefits

  • $1,500/month guaranteed base compensation.
  • $150 commission per closed deal with uncapped earning potential.
  • Performance bonuses for top closers.
  • Current team earnings examples: 5 deals = $2,250; 10 deals = $3,000; 20 deals = $4,500+ with bonuses.
  • Remote work from South Africa.
