Description

  • Make 75-100 outbound calls per day to pharmacies on behalf of patients’ health plans.
  • Identify patient cases that need follow-up and escalate issues to a pharmacist as needed.
  • Obtain provider contact information to support the delivery of clinical interventions.
  • Collect patient information required for clinical interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records in Arine’s software platform.
  • Participate in process improvement and team meetings to optimize workflows.
  • Undertake other assigned projects.
  • Communicate effectively and maintain professional working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a high-volume call center in a healthcare environment.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and medication names, including brand and generic names.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google products and call center software such as dialers.
  • Ability to manage questions or resistance from pharmacy staff and escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to think critically, especially when navigating Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Understanding of PHI access regulations and responsibilities.
  • Comfort working in a call center environment with repetitive work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week within Monday-Friday, 6AM-6PM Pacific Time, with up to two rotating Saturday shifts per month.
  • Experience with auto-dialers, preferred.
  • An established private work area that ensures information privacy.
  • Reliable internet capable of low-latency video and voice calls.
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • This is a temporary position expected to last through December 2026.
