Description

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across regions and seniority levels, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Own executive and senior-level searches, partnering with the CEO and executive leaders on evaluation and hiring decisions.
  • Oversee global talent operations and align regional leaders on hiring priorities, capacity, and delivery.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines based on anticipated business and staffing needs.
  • Lead, coach, and support the talent team while managing priorities, workload, and performance.
  • Partner with the CPO, hiring managers, People Operations, and business leaders on workforce and recruitment strategy.
  • Champion employer branding, candidate engagement, diversity, and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and cost-per-hire to improve outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment technologies to improve team efficiency and processes.
  • Participate in resourcing and casting meetings to stay aligned with current and upcoming hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in technology consulting or a related field.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle and high-volume recruitment, including executive search.
  • Experience overseeing talent operations across multiple regions and geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a talent team.
  • Ability to advise C-suite and senior leaders on hiring strategy and organizational needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, discretion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven experience using ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and AI-powered tools, including Claude and Gemini.
  • Based in Canada with working hours aligned to Eastern or Pacific Time.
  • Available for a one-year contract opportunity.
