Description

  • Manage the company’s daily global cash position across domestic and international entities.
  • Execute daily cash positioning, funding activities, and monitoring of liquidity across currencies and legal entities.
  • Manage treasury operations including wire transfers, payroll funding, ACH batches, intercompany funding, and reporting dashboards.
  • Administer banking infrastructure, including bank account lifecycle changes, user access controls, and banking portal maintenance.
  • Support debt administration by preparing compliance certificates, covenant calculations, and related reporting.
  • Oversee international treasury activities, including cash pool balances, overdraft limits, and cross-border liquidity.
  • Execute FX spot transactions and communicate transaction details for accounting purposes.
  • Lead treasury infrastructure projects, including banking structure migrations and process improvements.
  • Use AI and other tools to streamline workflows, improve analysis, and enhance treasury reporting and decision-making.
  • Partner with Accounting, Finance Systems, Legal, and international finance teams on treasury operations and strategy.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience.
  • Experience managing global liquidity across multiple entities and currencies.
  • Experience with treasury operations and banking infrastructure.
  • Experience administering banking portals and payment platforms.
  • Familiarity with using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar to improve workflows, analysis, and productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional treasury or finance infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with FX spot transactions and international treasury operations.
  • Experience with banking platforms such as CashPro, JPM Access, or similar.
  • Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
  • Experience managing international cash pools is preferred.
  • Experience with treasury transformation or banking migrations is preferred.
  • CTP or a similar professional designation is preferred.
  • This position requires candidates to work up to 40 hours per week.
