Description

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting strategy for the Hardware Platform organization.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
  • Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting, tools, automation, and data extraction processes.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition partners, hiring managers, and senior leadership to shape recruitment strategy and improve hiring processes.
  • Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
  • Use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews.
  • Build talent maps and use market intelligence to adapt hiring strategies to competitor movements and market trends.
  • Represent Anduril’s brand internally and externally to communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Influence recruitment best practices and improve candidate experience, process efficiency, and hiring quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in executive search and divisional hiring.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and build a data-driven narrative.
  • Experience leading in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices.
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and interest in innovating talent acquisition processes.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
  • Experience in startups, tech, or relevant software domains such as Autonomous Vehicles, Aerospace, or Robotics (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision (preferred).
  • Flexible, solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting routine obstacles (preferred).
  • Direct, succinct, and timely communication with strong active listening skills (preferred).
  • Accountability for outcomes and a commitment to continuous improvement (preferred).
  • Low ego, high curiosity, and openness to candid feedback (preferred).
