Description

  • Support and maintain IAM and SailPoint operations.
  • Develop connectors and APIs and automate identity lifecycle workflows.
  • Monitor identity systems and support security incident response.
  • Maintain governance processes, certification campaigns, and access controls.
  • Create technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvements.
  • Support cloud identity services and help ensure system availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent applicable experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management roles.
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and O365 services, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
  • Experience with SAML, OID, OAuth, SCIM, and MFA.
  • Experience managing Active Directory and MS Entra ID.
  • Experience with at least one full SailPoint implementation preferred.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, shell scripting, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP.
  • Proficiency in developing custom connectors/adapters, configuring JML workflows, and setting up user access certification campaigns.
  • Knowledge of information security identity standards, principles, and practices, as well as compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, SOC2, PCI, and SOX.
  • Related certifications such as GSEC, CISSP, GIAC, or AWS are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, MS Entra ID, and Okta.
  • Strong prioritization, decision-making, critical thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
