Description

  • Work with clients to build and design digital strategy and lead teams to execute against it.
  • Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed team members across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
  • Partner with engineering leads to manage project progress, resource use, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Prioritize and plan release content and timelines for short-term execution.
  • Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments.
  • Make prioritization trade-offs within product goals and constraints.
  • Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management.
  • Measure and improve business and customer value, define KPIs, monitor progress, and report milestones and deliverables.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and consult with clients on business challenges.
  • Stay current on industry issues and trends, including accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing product leadership role such as Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or Director.
  • At least 5 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience working with complex digital products, business logic, and varied client needs.
  • Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executive leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
  • Experience working with global teams is required.
  • High cultural awareness.
  • Strong user research experience, including advocating for user needs and facilitating workshops.
  • Highly empathetic and collaborative relationship-building skills for working with senior stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience with distributed product teams is preferred.
