Description

  • Communicate project status, requirements clarity, and delivery recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira and Confluence.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify platform process improvements.
  • Support UAT planning, test script preparation, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Create BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, use case diagrams, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate between business, engineering, and QA teams throughout delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment.
  • Experience eliciting and documenting requirements in a software development environment.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to produce user stories, BRDs, process flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and use cases.
  • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; English proficiency.
  • Experience with clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated environments such as GxP or 21 CFR Part 11 (preferred).
  • CBAP or equivalent certification, API familiarity, and experience in multi-vendor delivery models (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
