Description

  • Identify, prioritize, and define high-impact AI use cases with insurance business units.
  • Translate complex business problems and legacy insurance rules into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Create process definitions, acceptance criteria, and UAT criteria.
  • Map end-to-end insurance workflows to identify automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and collaborative design sessions.
  • Bridge insurance stakeholders, data and AI teams, and engineering squads.
  • Validate delivered AI capabilities against business expectations.
  • Conduct gap analyses between AI capabilities and existing customer-facing processes and channels.
  • Support prioritization, scope clarification, and requirements refinement throughout delivery.
  • Ensure requirements align with operational, regulatory, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–10 years of professional Business Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience translating complex business rules into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Strong process mapping, workflow analysis, and business-process optimization experience.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience defining UAT criteria and supporting business validation.
  • Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, data, or AI initiatives.
  • Fluent professional English.
  • Experience with insurance claims, underwriting, policy administration, customer service, or related processes preferred.
  • Experience with legacy insurance platforms, intelligent workflows, analytics, or distributed delivery environments preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time contractor assignment expected from October 2026 through July 2027, with potential extension.
  • Remote work from within the EU or an EU-authorized location.
