Description

  • Communicate project status, requirements clarity, and delivery recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira and Confluence.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify BX platform process improvements.
  • Support UAT planning, test-script preparation, execution, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Create BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, use case diagrams, and other product documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure specifications are clear, prioritized, and actionable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment.
  • Experience eliciting and documenting requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation.
  • Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and managing backlogs.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Slack or Teams.
  • Experience supporting UAT and liaising between business and QA teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • English proficiency.
  • Preferred: experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated environments such as GxP or 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Preferred: CBAP or equivalent certification, API knowledge, technical specification review experience, or multi-vendor delivery experience.
