Description

  • Work with clients to build and design digital strategy and lead teams in executing it.
  • Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed teams across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
  • Partner with engineering leads to manage project progress, resource use, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead short-term release planning by prioritizing content and timelines.
  • Define the product vision, mission, goals, values, and target customer segments.
  • Make prioritization trade-offs within product goals and communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Measure and improve business and customer value, develop KPIs, monitor progress, and report milestones and deliverables.
  • Support pre-sales efforts and consult with clients on business challenges.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies in future product work.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.
  • At least 4 years of consulting experience.
  • Experience working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and multiple clients.
  • Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executive leads.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detail orientation.
  • Experience working with global teams is required.
  • High cultural awareness and the ability to work across diverse environments.
  • Strong user research skills and experience championing customer needs across the user experience.
  • Ability to build relationships, show empathy, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating workshops is preferred.
