Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment from kickoff through offer across multiple business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies and market trends.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative channels.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and present high-quality candidate shortlists.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the interview process.
  • Manage recruiting pipelines, interview scheduling, and data in Greenhouse.
  • Collaborate with the People team to improve recruiting operations and hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment.
  • Experience hiring across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and General & Administrative functions.
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted remote partnerships.
  • Proactive, organized, and highly autonomous working style.
  • Available to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, preferably with 3–4 hours of overlap with U.S. business hours.
  • Must reside in the United Kingdom, Spain, or Czech Republic.
  • Independent contractor engagement for an initial three-month term, with potential extension.
