Description

Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform sourcing strategies.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop aligned sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Manage and nurture talent pipelines for roles across the organization.
Work both autonomously and collaboratively within the recruitment team to meet hiring goals.

Requirements

Must be located in Mexico (required).
Available for a contract role: 3-month initial contract with option to renew.
Part-time availability of approximately 10–15 hours per week.
2+ years of experience sourcing for a technology company (preferably services/consulting).
Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing.
Preferable experience using Lever or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and on a team.
