Description

  • Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop host pools and session hosts.
  • Troubleshoot performance, authentication, and connectivity issues across the AVD platform.
  • Maintain and update golden images and software deployments.
  • Administer endpoints and policies through Intune / Endpoint Manager.
  • Manage identity and access via Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Follow change management processes when making platform updates.
  • Contribute to ongoing environment improvements for stability, security, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience working with Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365 environments.
  • Strong Windows 10/11 and endpoint troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Intune or modern endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with identity management, including Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Comfortable working independently in production environments.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Fully remote availability.
  • Ability to work 160 guaranteed hours per month.
