Description

  • Lead client-facing technical discovery workshops and translate business requirements into technical decisions.
  • Define the implementation approach across Contentful, React, AWS services, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Establish architecture boundaries between CMS capabilities, frontend functionality, middleware, and backend services.
  • Design API and integration patterns for identity, profile, and other enterprise services.
  • Review and evolve Contentful content models, composition rules, and reusable content patterns.
  • Shape the AWS-based integration and service layer connecting Contentful, the frontend, and enterprise systems.
  • Convert discovery outcomes into technical scope, architecture, and an actionable delivery backlog.
  • Provide hands-on engineering leadership through code reviews and support for complex technical decisions.
  • Ensure engineering practices for security, performance, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with Contentful and headless CMS architectures.
  • Production experience with React and TypeScript.
  • Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services and integration layers.
  • Strong understanding of API design, middleware, and system integration patterns.
  • Experience designing headless CMS solutions within a wider enterprise architecture.
  • Experience integrating CMS platforms with APIs, identity/profile services, and other enterprise systems.
  • Proven experience in technical discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design.
  • Ability to communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience providing hands-on technical leadership.
  • Fluency in English; availability to collaborate with the UK team until 18:00 PL.
  • Experience with Contentful Personalisation, composable/MACH architecture, SSR React, AWS infrastructure as code, or Contentful/AWS certifications (preferred).
  • Full-time availability in Poland and submission of a CV in English.
