Description

  • Co-lead requirements definition, solution design, testing strategies, and cutover plans with the System Integrator Lead.
  • Lead delivery of inventory tracking, workforce management, and deployment routing systems supporting communication module lifecycle management.
  • Manage AMIR and system-integrator vendors, project schedules, deliverables, software quality, and milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end testing and readiness validation.
  • Investigate complex technical escalations and implement permanent resolutions.
  • Develop backend logic, optimize front-end performance, and ensure system integrations.
  • Design, execute, and monitor performance tests to identify errors and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain production system performance through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely issue resolution.
  • Apply Agile methodologies, SDLC practices, and development tools to manage delivery activities.
  • Research emerging software products, languages, and standards to support development and maintenance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Four-year degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience leading complex software implementations involving cross-functional teams, external vendors, and downstream applications (preferred).
  • Knowledge of advanced application architectures that support scalability and maintainability.
  • Ability to anticipate downstream impacts of design and implementation decisions.
  • Ability to communicate technical design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs among performance, security, usability, and maintainability.
  • Experience with testing, deployment, and release practices for production systems.
  • Skill in designing reusable components, shared services, and complex technical workstreams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, cloud architecture, cloud-based application operations, DevOps, project risk, or contract management (preferred).
