Description

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design, translating business workflows into scalable AI solutions.
  • Define architecture for AI agents, orchestration, RAG and retrieval, Azure services, and enterprise integrations.
  • Determine appropriate boundaries between LLM and agent capabilities and deterministic application logic.
  • Design agent workflows, context management, tool usage, and human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Develop enterprise knowledge and RAG solutions using trusted information sources.
  • Design integrations between AI workflows, APIs, and existing enterprise platforms.
  • Establish security, identity and access, governance, observability, and auditability approaches.
  • Convert discovery outcomes into technical architecture, scope, and an actionable implementation backlog.
  • Lead engineers through delivery with hands-on guidance, code reviews, and complex technical decision support.
  • Establish AI evaluation, testing, and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements

  • Commercial experience designing and delivering enterprise AI or GenAI solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic architectures, RAG, and workflow orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience building AI solutions and integrating them with application services and APIs.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience combining LLM-based capabilities with deterministic application logic.
  • Understanding of context engineering, retrieval, structured model outputs, and AI evaluation.
  • Knowledge of enterprise AI security, identity and access, governance, and human oversight.
  • Experience leading technical discovery and solution design while providing hands-on technical leadership.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Availability to collaborate with the UK project team until 18:00 PL.
  • Experience with multi-agent workflows, LLMOps/MLOps, AI guardrails, model routing, infrastructure as code, automated Azure provisioning, or relevant Microsoft Azure/AI certifications (preferred).
