Description

  • Build core backend services for campaign orchestration, FSM-based workflow engines, and API integrations with telephony, voice AI platforms, insurance carriers, and CRMs.
  • Make system design and architecture decisions together with the CTO.
  • Develop multi-server deployments, async processing pipelines, and event-driven backend flows.
  • Support frontend integration with Next.js as needed.
  • Design backend architecture from scratch for complex web applications.
  • Keep highly integrated production systems reliable under real traffic and many moving parts.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in .NET and C#.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, including OOP, SOLID, SOA, and design patterns.
  • Experience designing and operating event-driven backend architectures.
  • Experience running systems on multi-server infrastructure with real traffic, including horizontal scaling, failover, and stateless design.
  • Proficiency with parallel and concurrent programming, including async/await, thread safety, and queues.
  • Experience integrating many external services and APIs in a single backend.
  • Ability to design backend architecture from scratch for complex web applications.
  • Fluency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as part of daily workflow.
  • Clear communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Voice AI and telephony integration experience with tools such as Twilio, Retell, ElevenLabs, or Deepgram is a plus.
  • Experience deploying on AWS, Vercel, or Railway is a plus.
  • Startup experience and comfort with shifting requirements is a plus.
