Description

Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
Edit long-form YouTube videos, including full-length podcast episodes up to 30 minutes.
Create engaging, on-brand edits tailored to different visual styles and brand tones.
Follow internal briefs and deliver edits on time while maintaining quality and consistency.
Clean and enhance audio and video quality for retention-focused content.
Structure episodes with strong pacing, storytelling, and intentional cuts.
Create SEO-optimized YouTube titles, descriptions, and show notes.
Design high-quality thumbnails aligned with brand identity.
Upload, organize, and optimize videos in YouTube Studio.
Generate vertical clips for repurposing and assist with content distribution and asset labeling.

Requirements

Strong video editing experience across both long-form and short-form content.
Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
A portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form video work.
Ability to edit for audience retention and watch time.
Excellent written English for titles, descriptions, and show notes.
Strong audio cleanup skills and thumbnail design capability.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Consistent access to a computer, editing software, and high-speed internet.
Preferred experience with After Effects, Canva or Photoshop, YouTube Studio, and Google Drive workflows.
