Description

  • Learn the assigned market in depth, including clients, drivers, trip patterns, and operating relationships.
  • Manage daily communication and escalation handling with NEMT broker clients.
  • Coordinate trips, monitor trips in progress, and resolve issues to ensure safe, on-time completion.
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships that encourage brokers to route more trips to Wingz.
  • Recruit, onboard, and activate new drivers, including walking them through required documentation and procedures.
  • Re-engage inactive drivers and support retention through ongoing communication and relationship management.
  • Coordinate driver assignments and dispatch support to help drivers maintain consistent earnings.
  • Provide market-level insights and feedback to improve operations across the broader Wingz team.
  • Support adjacent operational needs such as operations support, dispatch backup, and training new hires as the team grows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in client relations, account management, partner success, leadership, supervisory work, or driver/partner support in transportation, rideshare, logistics, or gig-economy companies.
  • Experience working directly with US-based clients or for a US-based company.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfort working US Eastern Time (EST) hours with flexibility based on market and business needs.
  • Proven remote work experience with the discipline to work independently from home.
  • Own a reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a professional remote workspace.
  • Tech-savvy with the initiative to learn CRM, dispatch software, reporting tools, and AI tools quickly.
  • Proactive, independent, and ownership-minded approach to daily work.
  • Curious, coachable, and growth-oriented, with interest in developing into leadership.
  • Experience in companies such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Rappi, DiDi, Cabify, 99, iFood, PedidosYa, inDrive, Loggi, Bolt, Wolt, or similar is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote independent contractor setup.
  • Salary starts at $1,200 to $1,800 per month.
  • Semi-monthly pay-outs.
  • 10 PTO days after a 120-day probationary period.
  • Performance bonus starting at approximately USD 300 to 700 per month on average, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
