Description

  • Record audio and video tasks that help train next-generation AI systems.
  • Follow task instructions carefully and complete recording activities as assigned.
  • Speak, label, review, or respond to on-screen prompts during audio/video tasks.
  • Provide high-quality submissions in a clear, accurate, and suitable environment.
  • Participate in partner onboarding and review requirements before starting tasks.
  • Complete work on a flexible, project-based basis depending on availability.
  • Support the collection of human data used to improve AI understanding of speech, behavior, communication, and real-world interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish language ability, verified during onboarding.
  • Access to a phone or webcam with at least 1080p resolution, validated during onboarding.
  • Valid government-issued ID for identity verification.
  • Ability to work in a quiet room with minimal background noise.
  • Ability to record in an even-lighting environment with face-on natural light preferred.
  • Availability for flexible, project-based work ranging from a 5-minute session to several hours.
  • Pay is structured around an hourly rate and prorated by task length.
  • Compensation range of $10–$15 per hour, with final rates based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.
