Description

  • Modify HTML and CSS in web files to support international fundraising campaign production.
  • Implement translation updates, copy tests, and test overrides in coordination with Revenue Specialists.
  • Work in the CentralNotice banner delivery platform to launch campaigns and banner experiments.
  • Organize test content to support clear reporting and campaign analysis.
  • Manage QA for banner programs, including cross-browser review and checklist-based testing.
  • Triage bugs with developers and designers and verify fixes before launch.
  • Maintain personal priority tracking in Asana and contribute to team workflows.
  • Receive and execute tasks from Revenue Specialists and the Senior Manager of Fundraising Products.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS; JavaScript is a nice to have.
  • Comfort navigating code, implementing test overrides, and verifying changes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to own QA processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, time-zone distributed environment.
  • Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to Wikimedia’s movement and model.
  • Experience with multilingual marketing or programs is preferred.
  • Comfort working in distributed, international environments.
  • Availability to work during December, a critical fundraising month.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 2 times per year, including internationally.
