Description

Plan, organize, promote, execute, and evaluate events in Singapore.
Identify relevant conferences, meetups, networking opportunities, and industry events.
Build relationships with event organizers, partners, communities, and industry contacts.
Represent WorkNomads at events and develop engaging offline experiences.
Manage social media channels and create content about events, products, company news, trends, and community activity.
Capture event experiences and transform them into social media stories, videos, and short-form content.
Create and manage email campaigns and automations supporting attendance, engagement, and community growth.
Collaborate on SaaS, product, and technology marketing initiatives.
Track campaign and event performance and apply insights to improve future activities.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing, event management, social media, or a related role.
Proven experience managing events from planning through execution.
Strong social media content creation experience.
Experience with email marketing and automations.
Creative, proactive, and able to turn ideas into action.
Experience with SaaS, technology, or product-related companies preferred.
Excellent communication, networking, and brand-representation skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent English communication skills.
Based in Singapore and comfortable attending events and meeting people in the local market.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during events.
Passion for continuous learning, collaboration, inclusion, and teamwork.
