Description

  • Translate documents from Vietnamese to English for pharmacovigilance and related life sciences content.
  • Perform copy editing and machine translation post-editing as required.
  • Deliver translations under tight deadlines, including early-morning turnaround for work received during EU close-of-business hours.
  • Work in the client-provided XTM CAT tool.
  • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability throughout assignments.
  • Ensure translations are accurate, consistent, and high quality.
  • Handle sensitive and technical medical content with confidentiality and precision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in translation, copy editing, and MTPE for pharmacovigilance or similar life sciences content.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and native-level proficiency in English.
  • Ability to adapt output for both en-GB and en-US English.
  • Availability during US time zone business hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools, especially XTM; training provided if needed.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and technical content confidentially and precisely.
  • Experience with high-volume, time-critical translation projects is preferred.
  • Background in pharmacovigilance, medical, or pharmaceutical content is preferred.
  • Previous experience in collaborative environments with strict client guidelines is preferred.
