Description

  • Annotate and label text, images, or audio to train AI models.
  • Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality, relevance, and safety.
  • Create, test, and refine prompts to improve large language model (LLM) performance.
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy and context.
  • Follow project instructions, complete assigned tasks within provided timelines, and meet quality standards.
  • Select and accept projects that match your skills and availability, deciding which engagements to take.
  • Use digital tools and platforms to complete tasks, submit deliverables, and report issues or feedback.
  • Participate in the Welo Data contributor community and engage with onboarding or training as required.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Slovenian.
  • Based in Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, or Spain.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms to complete remote tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, curious about technology, and able to follow detailed instructions.
  • Flexible availability for short projects (days) or longer engagements (several weeks).
  • Ability to join as a freelance/remote contributor (this is a talent pool, not a full-time job).
  • Experience with annotation, evaluation, prompt creation, linguistics, or related language work (preferred).
