Description

  • Submit a 2-minute Hindi voice audition in a quiet environment.
  • Complete up to 2 hours of conversational recording from home if selected.
  • Interact naturally with an AI bot across travel, finance, retail, healthcare, telecom, education, and other topics.
  • Speak for approximately 70% of each conversation with detailed, spontaneous, and relevant responses.
  • Participate in multiple recording sessions of approximately 10 minutes per topic.
  • Follow guidelines for natural delivery, pronunciation, clarity, conversational flow, and response detail.
  • Re-record sections when required by quality or technical checks.
  • Sign a non-disclosure agreement before the final recording session.

Requirements

  • Fluent Hindi proficiency, preferably native or near-native.
  • Ability to speak naturally, clearly, and confidently without relying on a script.
  • Comfortable discussing varied everyday and professional topics.
  • Ability to provide detailed, spontaneous responses and maintain natural conversations.
  • Access to a quiet, controlled home recording environment.
  • Stable and reliable internet connection.
  • Good-quality microphone or earphones/headset with a microphone.
  • Ability to follow recording instructions and complete sessions within the specified timeline.
  • Prior voice recording, voice-over, or speech data collection experience is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Remote, work-from-home recording project.
  • Compensation of Rs. 500 per hour, up to Rs. 1,000 for two hours of recording.
