Description

  • Review search results and provide subjective and objective quality ratings according to project rules and conventions.
  • Complete rating tasks in Spanish (Spain) for the client’s search quality program.
  • Use online research to assess user intent and search relevance.
  • Follow instructions in English and comply with the client’s project guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage your own schedule to meet weekly volume goals within the assigned hours.
  • Communicate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Complete required learning modules and pass the client’s quality test before starting work.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Spanish (Spain).
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Spain.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Spanish (Spain).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not participate in other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience in ads quality rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to sign an NDA and comply with client confidentiality requirements.
  • Ability to pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
  • Must be VAT registered and have the required tax information for payment setup.
  • Preference to apply with a Gmail address to meet client-specific requirements.
