Description

  • Analyze quality performance data, produce statistical quality reports, monitor progress, and create related documentation with support from Quality Coordinators.
  • Complete internal assessments and review blind test ranges and team queries.
  • Provide ad hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices and client expectations.
  • Flag raters who show behavioral concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Review RCAs from resources and request clarifications when necessary.
  • Participate in the creation and review of training materials such as best practices, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Track and analyze project data as part of analytics, reporting, knowledge, and asset management.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders with support from Quality Coordinators.
  • Monitor raters’ queries and help ensure project conventions are followed.
  • Perform other program-specific tasks needed to achieve OKRs.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Portuguese (Brazil) and strong in English.
  • Must be located in Brazil.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Portuguese (Brazil).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience in ads quality rating.
  • Must be the only person in the household working as a Search Quality Rater.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with the client’s conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass client learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
