Description

  • Implement complex rules related to writing structure, content, register, and perspective to maintain consistency and coherence across summaries.
  • Synthesize customer reviews to capture key points and overall sentiment concisely and accurately.
  • Edit and refine summaries to improve clarity, readability, and overall quality.
  • Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to verify the accuracy of information in summaries.
  • Apply content and editorial guidelines consistently across all customer review summaries.
  • Translate project guidelines into Croatian and adapt them to Croatia-specific locale and conventions.
  • Work independently in an online, guideline-driven production environment to meet project standards and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content editing, summarization, localization, or similar language-focused work.
  • Fluency/native-level Croatian (Croatia) and ability to adapt guidelines to local conventions.
  • Strong ability to follow complex editorial and content guidelines with high consistency.
  • Excellent research and fact-checking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in an online, guideline-driven production environment.
  • Experience summarizing customer reviews or similar user-generated content.
  • Availability for ongoing project work (project duration: ongoing).
