Description

  • Edit and review machine-translated Hebrew (Israel) customer service content to ensure accuracy, natural language, and consistency.
  • Evaluate machine translation (MT) output quality and apply severity ratings according to project guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality human translations as reference data for model training and quality evaluation.
  • Follow provided style guides, tone rules, and terminology requirements for each task.
  • Identify, document, and report recurring MT quality issues and batch-level trends.
  • Work on assigned batches and complete ad hoc tasks as they are distributed throughout the year.
  • Operate independently in an online environment and manage variable volumes and timing of work.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Hebrew (Israel) and strong English skills.
  • Experience in translation, localization, or MT post-editing.
  • Familiarity with machine translation quality evaluation and error identification.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in an online/remote environment.
  • Availability to accept intermittent, ad hoc assignments as client needs arise.
  • Comfort following style guides, tone rules, and specific terminology requirements.
