Description

  • Conduct second-pass quality reviews to verify linguistic accuracy and consistency across content batches.
  • Validate and calibrate severity assessments to align with established quality standards.
  • Identify recurring machine translation issues, including error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide clear qualitative feedback to support final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Review and refine German (Germany) customer service content to improve naturalness and adherence to project guidelines.
  • Work on intermittent assignments throughout the year based on client needs and variable project volumes.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in German (Germany) and strong English skills.
  • Experience in linguistic quality review, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
  • Strong familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable quality feedback.
  • Freelance availability for intermittent, ad hoc work throughout the year.
  • Experience with customer service content or general content review (preferred).
