Description

  • Translate and copy edit content across investigator-facing, patient-facing, pharmacy, marketing, help, and UI materials.
  • Collaborate with the team on multiple accounts and programs as a freelance language expert.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across localized content while applying cultural and linguistic nuance.
  • Use CAT tools and related platforms to complete localization work and manage assignments.
  • Work with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, as part of the localization workflow.
  • Support remote localization, translation, interpretation, and QA-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience translating or copy editing content in relevant subject matter areas or verticals.
  • Experience with investigator-facing, patient-facing, pharmacy, marketing, help, and UI content.
  • Professional-level understanding of English (US/GB).
  • Native-level Marathi language expertise for India, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Familiarity with CAT tools such as XTM, Phrase, Trados, Jira, and Smartling.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Translation degree, or 3 years of translation experience with another degree, or 5 years of translation experience without a degree.
  • Ability to work as a freelance remote language expert across multiple accounts and programs.
