Description

  • Conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency across content batches.
  • Validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards.
  • Identify systemic machine translation issues, including recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide qualitative feedback that supports final quality reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Review and refine English (United Kingdom) customer service content to improve translation quality.
  • Work on intermittent tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year based on client needs.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in English (United Kingdom) and strong English language skills.
  • Experience in linguistic quality review, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
  • Strong familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable quality feedback.
  • Experience with customer service content is relevant to the project.
  • Comfort with intermittent, ad hoc freelance work throughout the year.
