Description

  • Conduct second-pass quality reviews to verify linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches.
  • Validate and calibrate severity assessments to align with project quality standards.
  • Identify recurring machine translation issues such as error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide qualitative feedback that supports final quality reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Review and refine Dutch (Netherlands) customer service content translated by machine translation systems.
  • Work independently in an online environment while following project guidelines and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Dutch (Netherlands) and strong English skills.
  • Experience in translation, localization, or machine translation post-editing.
  • Familiarity with machine translation quality evaluation and error identification.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in an online environment.
  • Experience reviewing customer service content is relevant.
  • Ongoing availability for a freelance remote project.
  • Preference for candidates with prior MT quality review or linguistic QA experience.
