Description

  • Review content against defined project guidelines and criteria.
  • Evaluate and annotate different types of content with structured judgment.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across annotations.
  • Follow project guidelines and adapt to guideline updates as needed.
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines on a part-time, flexible schedule.
  • Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions.
  • Help improve content quality and user experience through reliable evaluation work.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Russian (Kazakhstan), with C2-level or equivalent grammar, fluency, and regional usage.
  • Professional experience in localization QA, translation/revision, linguistic tasks, or data annotation for AI/ML systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to follow structured guidelines and make consistent decisions.
  • Fluency in English to understand instructions and communicate basic reasoning when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency across tasks.
  • Comfort working with evolving guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms such as music, podcasts, or media is a plus.
  • Availability to commit to the project duration and expected workload.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
  • Ability to work as an independent freelance contractor in Kazakhstan.
