Description

  • Review and assess content for alignment with defined project guidelines.
  • Evaluate and annotate various types of content using structured criteria and annotation tools.
  • Apply consistent judgment to maintain annotation quality, accuracy, and consistency across tasks.
  • Follow and adapt to evolving project guidelines and updates.
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines on a flexible, part-time schedule.
  • Participate in onboarding, calibration, and quality-control sessions to align with project standards.
  • Communicate basic reasoning and clarifications in English when required by the project team.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Gujarati (C2 or equivalent) with strong command of grammar, fluency, and regional usage.
  • Fluency in English sufficient to understand instructions and communicate basic reasoning.
  • Professional experience in localization QA, translation/revision, linguistic tasks, or data annotation for AI/ML systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured guidelines consistently.
  • Comfortable working with evolving guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms (music, podcasts, media) is a plus.
  • Availability to commit to the project duration (minimum 2–3 weeks) and expected part-time workload; immediate start preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
  • Ability to work as an independent freelance contractor in India.
