Description

  • Translate English content into Danish for life sciences and pharmaceutical materials.
  • Proofread and copy-edit translated content for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform machine translation post-editing on assigned documents.
  • Work on investigator-facing, patient-facing, and pharmacy-related materials.
  • Collaborate on an ongoing remote freelance basis with recurring project assignments.
  • Use CAT tools and Word track changes to support translation and editing workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience translating and copy-editing content in investigator-facing, patient-facing, and/or pharmacy subject areas.
  • Excellent knowledge of both English and Danish (da-DK).
  • Experience using CAT tools such as XTM or Phrase.
  • Knowledge of the Track Changes function in Microsoft Word.
  • Translation degree, or 2 years of translation experience if holding another degree, or 5 years of translation experience without a degree.
  • Experience in the life sciences, pharma, or medical industry.
  • Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor on an ongoing freelance basis.
  • Availability for an expected weekly volume of 2,000-5,000 words or more, starting ASAP.
